UNFPA in Cambodia

UNFPA has been working in Cambodia since the UN-sponsored election in 1993. UNFPA's support to the Royal Government of Cambodia is based upon an Agreement signed on December 19th, 1994. Since its presence in the country, UNFPA has been supporting the Royal Government of Cambodia and non-governmental organizations to identify, recognize and address population issues, and has strongly pursued reproductive rights and gender equality as essential elements to achieve human rights and human dignity. read more
