Drug use in Timor-Leste Report

Injecting drug use has been reported in recent behavioural studies, and there is general agreement that recreational drug use is on the rise. The extent to which injecting drug use is part of this increase in overall drug use is unknown, and given the potential impact of injecting drug use on HIV transmission, further investigation is necessitated.

This report assess drug use in Timor-Leste to inform and guide policy-making and to ensure our commitment to 'Most at Risk Groups' to HIV and AIDS.
